Shipping Policy

At BE Distribution, we are committed to delivering your orders as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes and your rights.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Once shipped, delivery is typically expected within two to three business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Default Shipping Method

  • UPS Ground is our default shipping method. Unless otherwise specified, all packages will be shipped via UPS Ground to ensure timely delivery.
  • Customer Requests: If you wish to use a different shipping method or make special arrangements, you must contact us at ovi@be-distribution.com within two hours of placing your order. After this window, changes may not be accommodated.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Orders under $500: Shipping cost is $8.
  • Orders $500 and above: Shipping cost is $15.
  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and will be displayed before completing your purchase.

4. Delivery Times

  • Delivery typically takes two to three business days after your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier's schedule.

5. Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Carrier delays or issues
    • Unforeseen circumstances
  • If your package is delayed, please refer to the tracking information provided in your confirmation email.

6. Sharing Information with Carriers

  • To ensure that your orders are delivered accurately and on time, we must share certain personal information with our shipping carriers. This includes:
    • Your name
    • Shipping address
    • Contact information (e.g., phone number or email)
  • By placing an order with us, you consent to the sharing of this information with our carriers (e.g., UPS) solely for the purpose of completing your shipment.

7. Reporting Issues with Delivery

  • If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at ovi@be-distribution.com
  • Business Customers: Please report any missing or delayed packages within two days of the expected delivery date.
  • Retail Customers: You have up to seven days to report a missing or delayed package.

8. Shipping Address and Contact Information

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you notice any errors in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at ovi@be-distribution.com within two hours to make corrections.

9. Delivery Confirmation

  • Upon delivery, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive your package or encounter any issues, please notify us as soon as possible.

10. International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States.
