Refund and Return Policies
At BE Distribution, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. However, we do have provisions for damaged or defective items.
1. No Returns or Refunds
- Once a sale is completed, it is final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped, except for special orders, which cannot be canceled at any time after purchase.
2. Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it ships, unless it is a special order, in which case cancellations are not permitted.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must send us a picture of the damage within two days for business customers and seven days for retail customers.
- Upon review, if the item is deemed damaged or defective, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a suitable resolution.
- To initiate a claim on a damaged/missing item item, please contact our customer service team at help@barelevated.com.
4. Missing Packages
- Business Customers: If your package has not arrived within two days of the expected delivery, please contact us to report the issue.
- Retail Customers: Please notify us within seven days if your package has not arrived.
5. Shipping
- We process and ship orders within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery is expected within two to three business days after shipping.
- Shipping costs are determined by the total order value:
- Orders under $500: Shipping is $8.
- Orders over $500: Shipping is $15.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refund Exceptions
- We reserve the right to refuse a claim if the returned item does not meet the above conditions or if the claim is initiated after the specified claim window.
